All contracts are done on a fixed price basis and our price presentations before a project, are clear and professional.

Whilst price is important, we also consider other factors such as Reliability, Integrity, Attention to Detail and Quality of workmanship as equally important issues.

We are team players, we have a good report with Architects and the success of any project is reliant upon open communication between the client, the architect and ourselves.
